We believe it is important to open our hearts, homes and campuses to serve and honour one another, our guests and the poor and needy, not as acts of social protocol, but as expressions of generosity.”

SCHOOL LEADERS

Rooms for speakers are allocated on a first come, first served basis.  Please connect with the hospitality coordinator as soon as you have dates for your guest speakers.  As we run a number of schools each quarter we cannot guarantee space if you communicate at the last minute.

The rooms are equipped with basic provisions - tea, instant coffee, sugar, milk and a small amount of snacks.  It is your responsibility to add additional welcome basket supplies you know your guest may like.

Please also appoint a staff member to connect with your guest, welcome them to the base, provide orientation (door codes, internet access, security etc) and check in regularly if they need additional supplies, empty rubbish, laundry to be done etc.

  • Provide additional welcome basket if desired

  • Meet your guest at arrival to the base

  • Orient your guest to the base, our meal times, gate code, security information, etc.
