Scott Agee (Treasurer)
Scott Agee has been married to Nancy since 1976, is a father of three married adult children and a grandfather of nine. He’s worked as a licensed civil engineer for over 42 years and as a business owner for nearly as long. As a follower of Jesus, Scott, has served in a multitude of ministry leadership positions, including that of Elder Team Leader, both within the local church context in California, and that of cross-cultural teams in Central Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa.

Dr. Nanyamka Redmond, Ph.D.
Nanyamka is a psychologist and professor at Fuller Seminary whose speciality is in childhood and adolescent development. She received her PhD in Applied Developmental Psychology from Fuller Seminary. She also has a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University.
Nanyamka is deeply committed to social justice for marginalized communities through empowerment and robust research. She is dedicated to making psychological research relatable and understandable as well as bridging the gap between psychological science and practical applications for families and youth workers.

Tsega Worku, LMFT
Tsega Worku is Christian Counselor based in Los Angeles, Ca. Originally from Ethiopia, Tsega has lived in the US for over 30 years. He is married to Kidest Babi for 20+ years and is a proud father of two daughters, Grace and Meron. Tsega serves as the Director of Counseling Ministry at Lake Avenue Church in Pasadena, CA and has a private practice helping couples and families in crisis. Tsega is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and is a member of a the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association, which is the global standard for equine-assisted psychotherapy .

Ricki Cooper, BSocSc
Ricki Joy Cooper is a social work professional and non-profit leader based in Cape Town, South Africa. With over 25 years of experience, Ricki has worked extensively with children, families and communities from a trauma-informed perspective. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Childline Western Cape, where she provides strategic leadership for a provincial child protection organisation delivering counselling, prevention and advocacy services. Ricki is a registered Social Work Professional with the South African Council of Social Service Professionals and brings deep experience in child protection, organisational leadership and trauma-informed practice.

Dr. Bonnie McIntyre, Ph.D., MSW, LICSW, LCSW-C, LCSW
Dr. Bonnie McIntyre is a clinical social worker and researcher based in Washington, DC. She holds a PhD in Social Work from The Catholic University of America and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. Bonnie currently serves as a Clinical Social Worker with the District of Columbia’s Department of Human Services, where she supports individuals experiencing homelessness and complex mental health challenges.
Bonnie has worked internationally in anti-trafficking and trauma-informed care, including roles in Cambodia and Indonesia, and has led programs serving survivors of exploitation, substance use recovery populations and individuals experiencing homelessness. She also provides psychotherapy in private practice and has contributed research and publications on faith-based social interventions and trauma recovery.
