FOR TEAMS THAT CARRY A LOT

When people care for others, the cost of sustained pressure can be easily overlooked.

Together, Ben and Alexa combine organisational perspective with professionally informed care—helping teams create responses that are both human and actionable.

WHEN TRAINING IS NOT ENOUGH

Sometimes people need more than a workshop.

Training can help a team understand and respond to burnout. But it is not therapy or a replacement for individual support. When someone needs deeper care, Oasis can support leaders in facilitating that care through our individual Restorative Intensives.*

*We welcome, and even encourage organizations and leaders to send their teams and staff to us as guests, and even pay for their care. However we must explicitly state that the guests themselves are always our clients- never the sending organization. We will not provide any form of performance review or report to a sponsoring organization without the guest’s explicit consent, and adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality, so that we may create a safe environment for healing to occur.
