PLAN YOUR VISIT
Everything you need to arrive with a little more ease.
Once your Oasis Intensive is confirmed, we will help you plan the practical details. This guide offers a gentle picture of what to expect before, during, and around your stay.
YOU WILL NOT NEED TO FIGURE IT OUT ALONE
We coordinate the details so you can be present for care.
Every Intensive is personalised. Your team will be in touch before you travel to discuss your needs, answer questions, and create a plan that works for you or your family.

A quiet place to rest, receive care, and be looked after.
COMING AS A FAMILY
When a family comes to Oasis, children can participate in an intentional, age-appropriate programme while parents receive their own support. We will discuss ages, routines, needs, and the shape of your family’s stay before you arrive.
Parents can receive care while children are cared for, too.
WHAT TO BRING
Pack simply. We will send a personalised checklist.
ESSENTIALS
Travel documents, any medication, comfortable clothing, and personal toiletries.
FOR YOUR CARE
A journal if you use one, familiar comforts, and anything that helps you feel grounded.

Your detailed checklist will reflect the season, your travel arrangements, and the particular needs of your Intensive.
AROUND OASIS
There is room for gentle connection with the local setting.
Some Intensives may include local activities or time outdoors as part of the programme. These are always adjusted to your capacity and care plan—not added to create a busy itinerary.
