We recognize that when pressures mount, its not just the parents who carry the load. Children are deeply impacted as well. And they often need their own process.

Family Oriented Care

CARE CAN HAPPEN CONCURRENTLY

More than babsitting

Each family Intensive is planned the whole family’s needs. While parents meet with their care team, children take part in a welcoming, age-appropriate programme—with space for play, rest, creativity, and connection.

Additionally our team is equipped to handle more complex scenarios involving children, including neurodivergence, adoptive complexity and childhood grief and loss.

TCK-Informed Care

Care that understands life between cultures.

Third Culture Kids inevitably carry questions about identity, belonging, friendship, loss, transition, and what “home” means. Our team recognizes that their experience deserves care in its own right—not simply an add-on to their parents’ retreat.

Navigating change and transition is deeply complex for any individual, but especially so for children who often lack broader context and do not understand why.

Our team is skilled at helping these children ground their experience, find language to describe their feelings, and process in a healthy manner. We also strive to equip the whole family with shared common tools for further connection in the midst of difficult seasons.

Gentle structure. Meaningful care.

No pressure to perform.

Before You Arrive

01

We listen carefully and shape a plan around your family’s needs, ages, history, and capacity, taking into account any significant developmental details you share with us.

02

During Your Stay

Parents’ and children’s care happens concurrently but separately. During orientation our children’s care director reviews the content and subject matter proposed with you, allowing you to approve or veto any portion of the process.

We also create times of structured supervised play that allows you to be relieved of full-time parenting duty, creating opportunity to connect with your spouse on a date, or just take a nap.

03

As You Leave

The whole family comes back together, and the kids have an opportunity to share with their parents, what took place. Our Children’s care director will share observations, suggestions and potentially meaningful tools or resources that may help going forward.
