We put this list together as a resource for our staff and volunteers (as people that run retreats, also need retreats), but we wanted to make this avaliable for others looking for a list of different retreats throughout South Africa !

For those that are not a part of our team, our retreat center, Oasis Sanctuaries, is in on the Cape Peninsula. Our week long retreats are unique as we take care of all hospitality in addition to providing a customized retreat. We have prioritized this type of retreat because our focus is on trauma, burnout or major transitions for those that do ministry. Often our guests come and don’t have the capacity to think through all the details to be able to travel, so we take care of everything - housing, meals, transport and even tourist activities (depending on the custom itinerary that we build for each retreat). We bring in professional counselors, coaches and our Third Culture Kid specialists to best care for individuals or families. For more information you can contact us via email.

But there is more need than we can respond to with one retreat center, so here are some other options and some quick details. Note - these options are not vetted, simply a compiled list - so please do your own research to see if each retreat centers offerings could be a good fit for your needs in this season :
